Art Direction and Design for Alex Lahey’s ARIA award nominated album The Answer is Always YES!

Brief: To create a Look Book featuring the CUTTING EDGES collection from lingerie brand Palindrome.

Solution: Palindrome’s youthful yet sophisticated design aesthetic is highlighted by the ‘Cutting Edges’ collection. By keeping the layout of the book clean and minimalist in feel the bold collage inspired collection was allowed to pop from the pages drawing the viewer to the bold placement prints and intricate lace detailing, both key features of Palindromes design aesthetic.

Assisted on concept development for photoshoot and selected photo editing.

Brief: To redesign the packaging paper used by BJ Ball’s Designline Samples department.

Solution: Designline send out 1000’s of customised mock-ups and paper samples each year, with each of these being wrapped within the Designline packaging paper to protect them from damage during transit. The aim of this re-design was not only to update the packaging paper to fit with the new Designline corporate colour palate, but to create a ‘wrap’ which would draw the viewers eye and reinforce the Designline brand through the use of a patterned series of type treated paper quotes highlighting BJ Balls love of paper.
